Goals

Long Term Goal



  1. My ultimate goal would be to have a healthy BMI by reaching a weight of 160 lbs. I have not been that weight for at least 6 years or more.


Short Term Goals



  1. My short term goal is 200 lbs in the next 3 months.


  • Stick to a 1890 calorie/day diet.

  • Work out 3 days a week buirning 720 calories
